Engineering

Our Engineering Department consists of three engineers and a research and development specialist.  These four people work closely with our skilled production staff to offer our customers our experience and expertise from conception and design, to prototyping and to final production. Our two Tool Designers have well over a half a century of tool making and design experience and we are dedicated to researching and implementing new tooling and production techniques.

Since 1995, he has been the Director of Engineering as well as working with quality and production. Although an engineer, Alex can be contacted regarding any matter and will field any questions or inquiries. Outside of work, Alex enjoys mountain biking and skiing and spends many hours coaching soccer with his daughters.

He uses this info to balance cost with functionality and reliability in determining price to customers on new projects while also quoting a large portion of current products. He also serves as safety/environmental coordinator for the company.  Adam is avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing.

Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance Dept. works with engineering and production staff to ensure each part is made to the customers specifications.  All parts must be approved by a trained member of the Quality Assurance staff  before manufacturing begins.
